Need to make changes to your 8AI subscription? We keep it simple.

View your subscription

When you subscribed, Paystack sent you a confirmation email with a link to manage your subscription — including viewing your billing date, invoice history, and a direct cancel button.

Can't find the email? Search your inbox for no-reply@paystack.com — subject line is "Subscription confirmation".

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel any time. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for the remaining days.

To cancel, either:

  1. Use the cancel link in your Paystack subscription confirmation email, or
  2. Message us on WhatsApp at least 5 business days before your next billing date and we will cancel it on your behalf within the hour.

Upgrade or downgrade

Want to move to a different tier or switch from monthly to annual? Message us and we will handle the migration — new plan takes effect from your next billing date with no gap in service.

Refund policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period starts. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the annual renewal date are eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused full months — contact us at cameronknowles@8ai.dev with your Paystack reference number.
